Choosing the yacht
Each yacht's page shows how many guests she takes. A flybridge motor yacht gives a company two levels and a salon that works as a quiet room; a sport yacht suits a smaller, more social group. Food, drinks and the extras
A private chef or catering is arranged by the office and quoted separately; see private chefs. Guests may always bring their own drinks. Photographers, videographers, branded touches and transport to the dock are arranged through Curated Connections, so your team has one point of contact for all of it.
How booking works for a company
The office sends a written quote. A deposit holds the date, the balance is due seven days before, and both are payable by card or bank transfer against one invoice. The charter terms, including the cancellation policy, are sent with the quote so the person signing has everything in writing.

How many people can a yacht take?
Each yacht's page shows how many guests she takes. For a larger company, the office can put two yachts on the water together.
Can you invoice the company?
Yes. The office sends one invoice for the charter and any extras, payable by card or bank transfer. A deposit holds the date and the balance is due seven days before.
Can we have lunch or dinner aboard?
Yes. A private chef or catering is arranged by the office and quoted separately. Boxed lunches and platters work well for a working day; a chef suits a client dinner.
Is there somewhere to talk, or to present?
The salon on a motor yacht is a quiet room with a table; the flybridge is the open-air deck. Tell the office what the day is for and we suggest the boat with the right spaces.
Can we brand the day?
A banner, branded caps or a welcome board are fine on most boats, within the boat's house rules. A photographer or videographer can be arranged for the content.
What about weather?
The decision to sail is the captain's, made on the day. If your captain cancels for weather, everything you have paid comes back in full, or the office moves the day.
