What to expect on your first private yacht charter

It starts with one conversation. You tell a concierge the occasion, the date, and the feeling you're after, and within 24 hours you get a curated proposal: two or three vessels matched to your party, with crew, route ideas, and transparent all-in pricing.

Once you choose, we stage everything before you arrive. Provisioning, refreshments, any chef or decor add-ons, and the itinerary are confirmed in advance, so the day itself requires nothing from you but showing up.

Every charter comes with a licensed captain and professional crew. The captain handles the vessel, the route, and every safety decision; the crew handles service. You are a guest at your own occasion.

Passenger capacity is set per vessel under U.S. Coast Guard rules, which is why we always match the boat to your exact guest count during the proposal instead of squeezing a group onto the wrong vessel.

Less than you think. Sunscreen, sunglasses, swimwear if the route includes a sandbar or anchorage stop, and a light layer for the ride home after sunset.

Soft-soled shoes are the norm aboard, and many guests simply go barefoot on deck. Your concierge will tell you exactly what is provided on your specific vessel so you never double-pack.

Florida weather moves fast, and the captain always makes the final call on safety. If conditions threaten your window, your concierge will walk you through the options ahead of time rather than leaving you guessing at the dock.

Questions in the meantime go to one person, your concierge, instead of a rotating cast of vendors. That single point of contact is most of what makes the day feel effortless.

The charters people remember usually layer one or two extras: a chef-served lunch at anchor, a photographer for the golden hour, or full event production for a milestone. Because one team coordinates all of it, adding an element is one sentence in a conversation, not another vendor to manage.
