The information you give us when you enquire or book: your name, email address, phone number, the dates and details of the charter or service you are asking about, and anything you write to us. If you book, we also keep the records of that booking and any payments.

We collect basic technical information when you visit the site, such as the pages you view. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data.

If you opt in to text messages from Well Played Editions, we collect your mobile phone number in order to send you messages about your charter booking — your captain's introduction, payment reminders, and day-of details.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

To answer your enquiry, quote and run your charter, take payment, and keep the records a charter business is required to keep. We contact you by email and phone, and by text message only if you have opted in.

Only the services needed to run the business: our booking and payments providers, our messaging provider, and the captain assigned to your charter. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

For as long as we need it to run your charter and meet our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, except where we are required to keep a record.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them, which does not cancel a booking. Contact us at pam@wellplayededitions.com for anything else.
