Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you enquire about or book a charter or any other service with Well Played Editions through this website.

A quote is not a booking and does not hold a date. Dates are held once a deposit is received and we have confirmed the booking to you in writing.

Every charter is run by a licensed captain. The captain has final authority over the vessel, the route and whether it is safe to go out, and may end a charter early on safety grounds. Guest numbers are limited by the vessel and cannot be exceeded.

Your specific charter is also governed by the charter agreement you sign for it. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Deposits, balances and the cancellation terms are set out in your booking confirmation and charter agreement. Weather cancellations are decided by the captain on the day, and are handled under the cancellation terms for your booking.

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Well Played Editions about your charter booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting in to text messages is entirely optional and is never a condition of booking. How we handle your number is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Photographs, vessel details and prices on this site are indicative and may change. We aim to keep everything accurate but do not warrant that it is error free.
