Most of what makes a day special happens off the boat. Someone has to photograph it, dress the table, play the music or bring the extra chairs. Rather than finding and coordinating each person yourself, you tell the office what you have in mind and we arrange it. A guest can ask for several things in a single enquiry, and one team keeps them together: one timeline, one point of contact, one set of quotes, and the captain told who is coming aboard and when.

How a day comes together

You send one enquiry with the date, the occasion and a wish list. The office replies with a plan: which yacht, which partners, a timeline for the day and a quote for each line, so you can keep or drop any piece. Once you say yes, the office briefs every partner on the boat, the marina, the meeting time and the rules aboard, and briefs the captain on who is coming. On the day the partners arrive before you do, set up, and are gone or aboard by the time you step onto the dock. Afterwards, the photographs come to you through the office with the photographer credited.

A proposal is the simplest example: a photographer hidden on the bow, a florist's arrangement on the aft deck, the captain timing the Skyway for golden hour, and the office holding the whole secret. A fortieth birthday is the busiest: boards from the chef, a DJ, a cake at anchor and a car home.
