About the 36' Aquila

Big yacht energy. Catamaran comfort. Made for a day well played.

The Aquila 36 is one of those boats that makes sense the moment you step aboard. Her wide 14'7" beam creates an exceptional amount of usable space for a 36-foot yacht, with separate areas for lounging, gathering and enjoying the view. The forward cockpit is a true social space, while the covered central entertaining area keeps everyone connected to the action.

Because she's a power catamaran, her twin-hull design creates a stable, comfortable platform for cruising and entertaining. Below deck are two private cabins, each with its own en-suite head and shower - an unusual amount of privacy and convenience in a yacht of this size.

This isn't a yacht where everyone has to choose the same place to spend the day. Somebody will claim the bow. Someone else will settle into the shade with a cold drink. And somebody is going to be the first one in the water. That's exactly how we like it.

Why we chose this yacht

Because 36 feet shouldn't feel this big.

The Aquila 36 brings something different to the Well Played Editions fleet. Her catamaran design gives guests the space and stability people often associate with a considerably larger yacht, without losing the relaxed, open-air feeling we want from a great Florida boat day.

We especially love that the bow isn't an afterthought - it's another destination aboard the yacht. Combined with the aft entertaining area, shade, easy water access and private accommodations below, guests can create their own experience without ever feeling separated from the group.

She's polished without being precious. Comfortable without being boring. And equally ready for a beautiful sunset cruise or a full day with everyone in swimsuits and wet hair. That's very Well Played.

A day aboard

Your day begins in Clearwater, but there's no reason it has to stay there. Settle aboard, get the playlist going and find your spot as your captain eases the Aquila away from the dock. Clearwater's waterfront gives way to open views, barrier islands and that unmistakable stretch of blue-green Gulf Coast water.

Head north toward Caladesi Island and let the day slow down. Drop anchor. Swim. Stretch out on the bow. Have lunch aboard. Nobody needs to be anywhere.

Want a little more adventure? Cruise toward Honeymoon Island or, when the charter length and conditions allow, make a longer day of it toward Three Rooker Bar. Or don't go far at all. Some of the best days aboard aren't about how many miles you cover - they're about finding the right piece of water, turning up the music and staying there awhile.

As afternoon becomes evening, make your way back toward Clearwater with the Gulf Coast sunset behind you. Wet hair. Bare feet. One more song.

Life, Well Played.
